It’s time to cozy up with a comforting bowl of chili! The ultimate fall comfort food, this is the perfect dish for a Halloween party, a cozy fall dinner, or an addition to your weeknight dinner rotation. Plus, it tastes SO good the day after—hello, leftovers!
Bursting with flavor and packed with protein, this is Liz’s very own 3 Bean Chili Recipe! Top with cornbread, honey, and all your favorite chili topping goodies. YUM!
Serves 10-12
1 lb lean ground beef
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 onion, diced (optional)
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 bottle Rao's Marinara Sauce
2 cans stewed, Italian Recipe tomatoes
1 cup salsa
2 cans Bush's Baked Beans
3 cans kidney beans
2 cans black beans
1/4 cup sugar (maybe less- it's your choice)
3 Tbsp chili powder
Greek yogurt or sour cream
Grated cheddar cheese
Freshly diced onion (optional)
Cornbread
Saute diced onions
Add ground beef and worchestire sauce - brown.
Add salt and pepper
Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil- let stew for at least an hour. Constantly stirring.
Add toppings and enjoy! Tastes GREAT the day after!
