SHIPPING POLICY:

Thank you for your purchase. Your regular mail shipping order will arrive within 7-10 business days and you will receive a confirmation email once it's been processed. Expedited service is available! Feel free to contact us with any special delivery notes or concerns.

Pre Orders and Back Orders: For early access or having opportunities for fast selling items, we may mark certain items as pre order or back order. The shipping date will be marked on the product page accordingly. If multiple items are ordered and one of them is a pre order or back ordered item, then all items will wait to ship together unless requested. The credit card will be charged for all items at the time of order.

PLEASE NOTE: We ship all U.S. orders via USPS. If there are any problems with the method of shipping please contact customer service here.

For International shipping, your order will arrive within 7 - 14 business days.  In some countries and regions, you may be liable to pay additional Customs/Duties and taxes so please check with your local customs office.

Albion is not responsible for shipping delays which are beyond its control. If your package does not arrive within the time frame specified above, please contact us with your order number via our contact form here.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted within 30 days of order fulfillment! Items must arrive back in their original condition and each must have all original hang tags and hygienic liners (for swim) still attached (no exceptions). Items are eligible for return/exchange as long as they are in their original condition, and any items that require cleaning by our inspection crew (due to deodorant marks, self-tanner, makeup, etc.) will have a $10 cleaning fee deducted from the refund total. Items that have been worn/had the tags removed are not eligible for return or exchange. Please contact us for any questions on return/exchange eligibility.

When does my exchange order ship?
Items requested as an exchange are not reserved and do run the risk of going out of stock. The sooner you send back your return items, the sooner your exchange order will be pushed through and sent out! Your exchange order that you make in our online portal will ship when your return has been scanned at drop off at the carrier.

While your original shipping fees are non-refundable, we do offer FREE shipping on all exchanges within the USA via a prepaid shipping label.

Return for Refund

Orders sent back for a refund will be charged a flat processing fee of $8. This fee will also include your return shipping label. All refunds are processed back to the original form of payment.

Sale Items and Other Stuff

Items purchased with a discount higher than 30% (sale or coupon code) or as FINAL SALE may not be returned or exchanged. Gift cards can not be returned or exchanged.

Gift Cards and Contest Winners

If you have won a giveaway please allow up to 14 days for your order to be processed. All prizes sent are exempt from being returned, exchanged or re-sold. We do not permit or send contest prizes to any accounts or persons associated with competitors or reselling.
